The Challenge: A developer required a high-level roadmap to manage the complexity of a multi-site anaerobic digestion rollout across Australia, totaling an installed capacity of 15,000 kWh. The project needed a structured framework to attract institutional investment.

Solution: I acted as the lead project planner, focusing on two critical pillars:

• Integrated Scheduling: Developed a Master Gantt Chart that synchronized land permits, engineering phases, and construction timelines across multiple geographic locations.
• Technical Communication: Collaborated on the technical sections of the investor deck, translating complex AD technology into a clear, bankable business case.

Result: Support the client in developing a professional, “investment-ready” project package. The work shifted the project from a conceptual idea to a technically de-risked strategy ready for capital raising.
